You can adjust your mouse setting in Windows 95 to respond to a slower -- or faster --double-click. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Mouse. Click on the Buttons tab. Under Double-Click Speed, move the slider toward Slow or Fast. Test the new speed setting by double-clicking on the jack-in-the-box under the Test area. If Jack pops up, click on OK. If not, keep adjusting the slider until he does.
