If you have a problem when printing, please check the following before calling the Support Center. Having this information will help the Support Center solve your printing problems.
1.Are the power cord and Network cable plugged into the printer?
2.Can you print in one application but not another?
3.Is anyone else having trouble printing?
4.What is displayed on the printer's LCD screen?
5.What is the Network name of your printer? (This is usually written on the front of the printer.)
